I use to sweat so much that my white t-shirts would last about 1 month before I would have to go out and buy more-they all had huge yellow stains under the armpits. 

I no longer have to buy new t-shirts since I have permanently solved my sweating problem.   I am immensely thankful for that because my gross perspiration drastically affected my life:

 Whether it would be in business meetings, lounging around the house, or on dates, especially on dates, I use to always sweat.  I think I use to sweat more than anybody I know!

 You might be reading this now saying, “Oh no, I sweat worse than you do.”  I do not know if this is possible.  My armpits sweat, sure, but sometimes my feet and my hands become drenched.  I remember feeling lucky because the one place that I did not sweat, unless I was doing athletics, was on my face.  Can you believe I felt fortunate that I did not sweat on my face? 

 Before I solved the problem (see below), I would have to factor my sweating into everything that I did.  For example, everybody tells me that I look great in blue.  “It compliments your eyes so well” people would say.  If you are a person who sweats frequently, you know that any light or royal blue is out.  Your sweat stands out more than Shaquille O’Neil in a room full of children.  Occasionally, I could wear a Navy colored shirt and this would conceal the sweat. 

 Sweat dictated my wardrobe.  Since most colors have the same effect as blue, I was reduced to wearing basic blacks and whites.  I would have to re-buy the whites after I stained them and the blacks usually ended up stained white from all the various deodorants I tried. 

 Seriously, I tried every anti-perspirant known to man:  Degree, Dry Idea, Mitchum, Old Spice, Right Guard, Adidas, Tom’s of Maine.  I even tried this special deodorant from France.  (Maybe I should just move to France, I thought, since they don’t care as much about hygiene.)   Anyway, you name it, I tried it, and I tried it in every form:  spray, roll-on, gel…everything.

 I had pretty much given up.  Nothing Worked!  I would have to factor this sweat nightmare into every life-situation, every event I attended, and romantic moment.  Frankly, it sucked. 

 Fortunately, though I had given up, my girlfriend had not.

How I Permanently Solved My Sweating Problem

 
One night, as I was laying in bed with my girlfriend, she said, “Oh, baby, you’re sweating again.  Why are you sweating right now?”

 I responded:  “Unfortunately, baby, it’s a problem that I have had all my life.  There seems to be no solution.”

 As we laid down to sleep, she had that we’ll see about that look about her.

 She researched the sweat phenomenon endlessly and gave many suggestions.  With each suggestion, I would tell her “baby, I have already tried that.”

 Then one day, about three weeks later, she brought home a book called “Stop Sweating and Start Living.”  Great, I thought, more reading about a problem that I know I cannot solve. 

 But as I started reading, the whole process made sense.  It sounds weird but I began to understand sweat.  I implemented the procedures in the book (which only took about 30 seconds a day) that offered a natural, holistic approach without me having to go buy more expensive, fancy deodorants.

 About three weeks after I started implementing the procedures in the book, I realized that I had stopped sweating entirely.  I thought it may be temporary or too good to be true so I didn’t mention it to my girlfriend or anybody.  I had gotten pretty good at hiding my sweat problem from everybody but my girlfriend anyway.

 Then, one night, she rolled over into my arms, and she said: “Baby, do you know that you have not sweat in about 1 month?  I think you’re cured of your sweating problem.”

 With that, she rolled over into my arms.  And, once and for all, she did not have to worry about getting herself wet from my sweat.  We had other things to do

At the time, I did not know what was happening.  I knew nothing about hemorrhoids so the conditions that I was experiencing were foreign to me.  I knew one thing:  I was hurting down there and I did not know where to turn. 

Before I permanently cured my hemorrhoids, I did not know what to do:

At first, I thought whatever problem that I was having would just disappear.  I lead a fairly active lifesyle playing golf on most weekends and getting to the gym once or twice a week.  I eat fairly healthy during the week, but I also like to go out and have a good time on the weekends.  Occasionally, during or after my activities, I would experience a little bit of chafing around the groin area.   This condition would usually subside after a day or two.

 And so, when I first had the pain around my rectal area, I thought it must be some variation of this chafing…and I waited for it to subside.  But it didn’t; the pain increased each day. 

 ”What was going on with me?” I wondered.  And seriously, how am I able to talk to anybody about this?  I am just not accustomed to talking about problems in that area.  Is anybody?

Well, the pain persisted and, as I mentioned, it increased dramatically.  Going to the bathroom (#2) was the most painful experience I had endured.  And the wiping process?  What could be as painful as this?  I have broken my arm and I don’t recall the pain being so excruciating. 

After 4 days, I broke down and, with great embarrassment, called my mom and dad.  I described my symptoms.  What happened?

My dad laughed.  Yep, he laughed.  It was a consoling laugh, one of  shared experiences.  Before I had uttered two sentences, my dad immediately said, “Son, I hate to break this to you but you have hemorrhoids just like your old man.”  It was similar to his reaction when I got acne as a 12-year old.  His laughter was not condescending but more an I am sorry, Son type of laughter.  Apparently, hemorrhoids, like acne, can be hereditary.  Thanks dad.

I read all the information that I could about hemorrhoids and, especially, the cure for hemorrhoids.  Like most people, I followed what I now call the band-aid solution to hemorrhoids.  I bought Preparation H (it was as embarrassing as buying my first condoms) and took lots of warm baths.  After 10 days, lots of baths, lots of Preparation H, and very painful bathroom experiences, I was “cured”. 

Luckily, after you have experienced hemorrhoids for the first time, you know it when it is happening and can catch it a little earlier.    However, it is still extremely painful and embarrassing.

The second time I experienced hemorrhoids I was in the middle of a trip to South America.  I could feel them coming and wanted to do everything I could to prevent them.  How do you say Preparation H in Spanish?  And, where I was, there were no baths, only bidets (which are very good for hemorrhoids by the way).   Well, that hemorrhoids attack left me stranded for 5 days in a South American hotel not able to enjoy a trip that I paid a lot of money for.

I resolved to do something about this when I returned home.  Clearly, these hemorrhoids would keep returning at unexpected moments and I did not want that in my life. 

I began researching all that I could about hemorrhoids when I returned to the states.  I devoured all the information that the Internet could provide.  What could I do different?  Was there any way to get rid of Hemorrhoids forever? 

I read about the hereditary aspects of Hemorrhoids, the proper diet that might offset the onset of hemorrhoids, and proper hygienic behaviors for hemorrhoids.  I gathered a lot of good information, but it might as well have been a box of more band-aids.  Each of the solutions I found was just another band-aid, promising to delay the next onset of hemorrhoids but providing no real cure.

How I Permanently Cured My Hemorrhoids

At about the time I was beginning to think that there was no permanent cure for hemorrhoids, I came across Holly Hayden’s Natural Cure for Hemorrhoids.  I am sometimes skeptical of “natural cures” because they seem so holistic, mystical, and offered by strange people.  However, Holly’s program was logical and I liked the natural approach.  What did I have to lose?  The program offered my money back if it did not work.

With this in mind, I ordered Holly’s program, called the H-Miracle.  I first received a free booklet entitled “Alternative Digestive Remedies”.  It’s amazing what the medical community fails to share with us.  But, when you think about it, Preparation H does not want you to have this information because they would not be able to sell their product anymore. 

Miracle is a big, lofty word.  I would not use it liberally.  However, when you have suffered the pain of hemorrhoids, any thing that cures it is a miracle.  Since ordering the program, I have not had a hemorrhoids flare-up once. 

My last battle with hemorrhoids took place in South America at the age of 36.  I am 40 now and have traveled to Asia and Australia…and enjoyed the entire vacation.

When the famous baseball player George Brett finally ridded himself of hemorrhoids, he famously quoted to the press:  “All of my problems are behind me.”

Thankfully (knock on wood), I can now say the same thing thanks to the Natural Cure for Hemorrhoids.
